Kasia is a dedicated realtor. She is a good listener and try’s to find her clients homes and areas that meet their objectives!! We were from out of state and had never been to Arizona. She found what we were looking for fast. Selling houses or helping clients purchase a house requires a commitment and a lot of efforts! In helping us it required not only searching for houses in our price range, setting up appointments, knowledge of the area, and allocating a time for us to look at the homes. Communication and making one feel comfortable is important and Kasia did that well. During a purchase there is communication with the selling agent, other personnel in her office, setting up escrow, paper work, permits, handing adversities, and contact with the client as the process moves along. Her ongoing interactions after the purchase was a great help, especially getting permits, home inspection, docu-sign papers, keeping on top of everything, and the follow-through on every aspect of the purchase.
